"Fun bringing the taste of my roots to life in the city of San Antonio and its environs" As foreigners, we all miss our roots for different reasons, I for one missed the food, especially a delicacy called "amala". I watch how much my fellow immigrants crave this Nigeria Southwest delicacy, and my passion for cooking just won't let me sit back and let my folks salivate at every video and picture on social media platforms; hence the birth of Abulenla - a taste of my root, the taste of Motherland.
